Most good headshot photographers shoot 100-200 photos per session. That allows for various clothing changes to take place so that you have several angles and natural expressions of each change.

Most professional photo sessions should last (approx) 1 - 2 hours or  could be more if you want to change your hair or makeup or more outfit changes

You should wear clothes that you are comfortable in and that you like wearing, you can bring multiple items and we can discuss seletions onth e day if it is still at home you cant wear it, so bring it if in doubt.

Tip - Bring solid colors with little patterns. The session is about you and not the  patttern or brand name

Some women think that they have to look beautiful as well as be extremely talented. Men can wake up and book a job women have to fight for one. For women I say yes and for men I say no. 

I currently don't offer a hair and makeup service as part of the session but I will give you time to apply makeup and do your hair if required. 

A headshot photographer is not just a photographer. He or she is an artist who tries to bring out the truthful expressions that are within. Technically once my studio is set up my photos will look great but without the right angles and natural expressions your photos won't sell you.  

Tip - Practice facial expressions by moving your mouth, eyes and eyebrows.

Most photographers have a turn around time of 24 to 48 hours. 

I like to show my clients the photos before the session is complete that way the session becomes participatory and you don't have to go home wondering.

I also try and get up anonline gallery within 24 hours so that you can review the whole shoot.

Tip - Don't look at what you consider your flaws, rather look for the truth in the photo.

Once you have picked your favourites and let me know I will aim to get you your finished pictures with 48 hours but usually within 24.

You get an online portfolio to get started on narrowing down your favorites, within 24 hrs of the shoot, so you could have them in a couple of days 

Tip - Don't cut your hair after the session.

There are a number of different prices depending on what you require ranging from £75 up to £175

Tip - Feel comfortable with whoever you shoot with. Headshot sessions are a collaborative work.

Once you have made your selection I will do some editing on those images but only a very limited amount where I will remve blemishes that would not normally be present as I want your pictures to be as natural and close to the real you as possible.
